By requesting a quote, sharing a brief, or entering into a work agreement with us, both parties are immediately and legally bound by our standard confidentiality protocols.

Legal Effect: This "click-wrap" or "service-wrap" agreement ensures that your trade secrets are protected from the very first email, without the delay of manual signatures.

2. WHAT WE PROTECT

Our automatic NDA covers all Confidential Information shared during our partnership, including:

• Marketing Blueprints: Upcoming campaign themes and launch dates.
• Technical Data: Internal SEO keyword lists, backlink strategies, and site architecture.
• Operational Secrets: Proprietary brand guidelines, player data insights, and pricing structures.
• Market Entry Plans: Specific strategies for the Danish, Swedish, Canadian, Cypriot, and Maltese markets.

3. OUR "GOLD STANDARD" SECURITY COMMITMENTS

• Internal Access Control: Only the specific writers and editors assigned to your project have access to your briefs.
• Non-Solicitation: We promise not to bypass our clients to work directly with their internal staff or proprietary partners.
• Data Destruction: Upon request or termination of a project, we will permanently delete all internal briefs and sensitive data from our secure servers.
